George, aka The Ranting Man, is a Rare Character who can only be found and recruited during the Ranting Man event. He can be recruited by using the event's fully-charged Cool It option (which appears as "SAY IT, DON'T SPRAY IT!!!"), which gives the whole party +3 morale and a chance to recruit him.
George is an angry old man in brown. At first glance, he appears ordinary and uninteresting, but when recruited, George has maxed Shooting, Wits, Loyalty, Mechanical and Medical. However, his Attitude and Composure are always 0, guaranteeing that he will have the Paranoid Stat Combo. He can be a perfect support character if you seize the chance to recruit him.
